Double tapered rotary vacuum dryer is a new dryer that integrates mixing and drying in
one body and equips condenser and vacuum pump. Therefore, the vacuum dryer is formed (if the solvent does not recover, the condenser may be not used). The dryer is advanced in design, simple in inner structure, easy for cleaning, to discharge all raw material, convenient in operation, reducing the strength of labor and improving work environment. Meanwhile, raw material is rotated accompanying with the rotating of container, raw materials can not be accumulated onto the wall of container, so it has high efficiency heat transfer and high speed drying which save energy. Raw materials are dried evenly and have good quality. It can widely apply to dry raw materials of pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, dyestuff industry and so on. The equipment is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
Features:
1. When oil is used to heat, use automatic constant control. It can be used for drying biochemical products and mine. Its temperature of operation can be adjusted from 20-200 degrees centigrade and within more or less than 2 degrees centigrade.
2. Compared with ordinal dryer, its heat efficiency will be over 2 times.
3. The heat is indirect. So the raw material can not be polluted. It is in conformity with the requirements of GMP. It is easy in washing and maintenance.
Principle:
This equipment has double cone rotating tank. Under the state of vacuum inside the tank, pass steam or hot water into jacket for heating. The energy can contact with the damp raw material through the inner wall. The vaporized steam can be pumped out through vacuum exhaust pipe when the damp raw material absorbed heat. Because the inner of tank is in the state of vacuum and the raw material is turned over all the time caused by the rotating of tank, the dry speed of raw material is quickened and drying efficiency is raised too and the purpose of uniform dry can be reached.
Applications:
The dryer is suitable for drying and mixing powder or granular raw material of pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical industry and so on. It is especially suitable for the following raw materials that have special requirements:
1. Thermal sensitive raw material that can not be processed in high temperature.
2. Raw materials that are easy to be oxidized or to be dangerous.
3. Raw materials in which the solvent needs to be recovered and there is toxic gas.
4. Raw material that have the requirement of containing rather low content of residue volatilized materials.
5. Raw materials that need to mix evenly and fully.
