Product Description:
The telescopic oil cylinder of tunnel construction machinery is the core hydraulic actuator of shield
tunneling machines, rock drilling trolleys and other equipment. It drives the extension and retraction of mechanical arms, shields and other components through hydraulic pressure, accurately controlling the operating range and posture of construction equipment (the extension and retraction stroke can reach 3-8 meters) to meet the needs of tunnel excavation, support and other operations under different geological conditions, ensuring the stability and efficiency of tunnel construction.

Extreme geological adaptability:
Adopting high-strength alloy cylinder and ceramic coating, it can withstand surrounding rock pressure of over 35MPa during tunnel excavation, and its wear resistance is increased by 40% in hard rock and water rich formations;
The sealing system adopts a composite structure of metal bellows and fluororubber, with a temperature resistance of -40 ℃~+120 ℃ and a waterproof rating of IP69K, suitable for humid and mud eroded environments in tunnels.

The surface of the piston rod is treated with ion nitriding, which improves its wear resistance by three times compared to traditional chrome plating, and has a service life of ≥ 120000 cycles;
Equipped with dual hydraulic control locks and mechanical locking devices, the locking error in case of sudden pressure loss is ≤ 0.8mm to prevent the mechanical arm from falling; The cylinder head is equipped with an over pressure protection valve to avoid the risk of cylinder explosion.
