The loudspeaker’s
high-frequency section comprises a 1-inch diaphragm
compression driver coupled to a symmetrical (90 degrees horizontal by 40
degrees vertical) constant directivity horn. A pair of high-power 12-inch
magnet cone drivers, mounted in an optimally vented enclosure, reproduces
low frequencies.As a full range system, the frequency response shall be 55 Hz
to 18 kHz(-6 dB).
This series structures is an symmetrical trapezoid. Trapezoid cabinet
enclosure could meet the requirement of the different fixed installation.
According to acoustics theory, this structure can not only reduce or nearly
eliminate standing waves, but also enhances the rigidity of the cabinet.
Therefore, fewer sound absorbing materials are needed, so that inner
availability cubage will be enlarged.
