Product Description:Touch Screen 5750 Linear Scratch Abrasion Tester Price
Rub tester is used to evaluate the scuffing or
abrasion resistance of printed or coated surface of paper, paperboard, film, laminates, substrates, etc.
Rub tester is a motor-driven device for moving a weighted test specimen over the printed or unprinted sample through an arc of 57mm for a preset number of strokes.
Rub tester conforms to TAPPI T830 and ASTM D5264 Standard Practice for Abrasion Resistance of Printed Materials.
Manufacturing Technique
1. PLC controlled and human-machine interface operated
2. Five test modes available, dry rub, wet rub, wet bleed or transfer, wet smear and functional rub
3. Test speed free setting between 20~120 cpm
4. Dual stations arc movement structure
5. Buzzer reminding after test is finished
6. Precious rub circle control
7. TAPPI T830 and ASTM D5264 conformed
Function:
To evaluate the abrasion resistance, scratch resistance of products (single or multiple scratches) and the transitivity of color (Usually crocking resistance or rubbing fastness) and so on. And can do dry abrasion test, wet abrasion test.
The application object:
To test samples of any size and shape, for contour surface and polishing surface products of abrasion test is very ideal (such as: mouse and other computer or IT products plastic paint wear resistance test), general in plastics, auto parts, rubber, leather and textile, electroplating, free disassembly of components, paint, printing design, and other products.
