Product Description:
1. Usage and Principle
This series calender machine is used for Twin-wire Twin-dryer Paper Machine to
glaze typographic paper, plain cultural paper and can improve smoothness, glossiness and tightness of paper web, make paper web thickness uniform and improve appearance quality of paper.
The calender is used for glazing paper web by roll group with very smooth surface. Bottom roll is drive roll, other rolls make friction each other and rotate by driving. When passing pressure area between various calender rolls, paper web is under joint action of pressure between various rolls and surface friction, so it can improve smoothness, glossiness and tightness of paper. The user may different models with three-roll, five-roll or more rolls freely, and the diameter of rolls can be increased according with user request.
