Product Description:Lithium niobate (LiNbO3 film) crystal is an important photoelectric material, integrated optics, nonlinear
optics, optoelectronic components is the most widely used in areas such as, one of the most important substrate material. At present, lithium niobate crystal is widely used in surface acoustic wave, electro-optic modulation, the tuning Q laser and optical gyro and optical parametric oscillation, optical parametric amplification, optical holographic storage devices, these devices in the mobile phone, TV, optical communication, laser ranging, electric field detectors such as plays an important role.
We produce lithium niobate single crystal thin film, it is single crystal lattice structure and fully maintain the excellent physical properties of material, diameter of three inches, the upper lithium niobate single crystal thin film thickness to 0.3 to 0.7 microns, middle is 1 micron thick silica (SiO2), the bottom is 0.5 mm thick lithium niobate crystal substrate.
Material as the basis of the industrial chain, the product is mainly used in the following areas:
1, optical fiber communication, such as waveguide modulator. With the thin film material of production devices more than one million times compared with the traditional product volume be narrowed, greatly increased integration, response to wide band, low power consumption, more stable performance, reduce manufacturing cost.
2, electronics devices, such as high quality filter, delay line, etc.
3, information storage, and can realize high density information storage, a 3 inch film information storage capacity of 70 t (100000 CD) .
