of machinery, electronics, watch, plastic, module etc. Its functional YR-VT measuring software can realize the functions of all 2D flatness measurements, on the map, profile scanning, special SPC statistics, manual CNC, Macroscopic measurement and so on. Z axis adopts granite column, which makes Z axis non-contact precise measurement and flatness measurement available.
