Product Description:
VHF Hydraulic Oil Filtration Machine is mainly used for processing and purifying unqualified hydraulic
oil, It has following characteristics:
1. The use of imported multi-layer stainless steel mesh filter and composite polymer adsorption combination of deep-seated, high-precision DFH double rectangular filter system, super-pollutant capacity, high filtration accuracy.
2. The use of strong magnetic filter material, can effectively remove iron and other metal impurities. The use of imported polymer materials, completely breaking emulsification, coalescence and vacuum separation of complex three-dimensional flash combination, dehydration, faster degassing More thorough.
3. VHF Hydraulic Oil Filtration Machine adopts the leading multi-stage U type carbon fiber far-infrared heater, high efficiency, uniform heating, energy saving.
4. The use of infrared level controller for oil and equipment out of automatic control to ensure that the oil out of balance.
VHF Hydraulic Oil Filtration Machine use physical filtration treatment, which can’t hurt the nature of oil and various additives, strong wind cooling technology, steam rapidly condenses, settles, and protects the vacuum pump.
Working Principle:
Vacuum pump makes hydraulic oil filtration machine working on vacuum condition, the contaminated hydraulic oil is sucked into primary filter by in the external atmospheric pressure, large particles of impurities are removed, then into heater. After heating, it flows into the water Vacuum separator through the special divergence device. The divergent unit produces a large surface area exposing the contaminated fluid to a relatively low vacuum, thereby removing water, air and gases from the oil. Evaporated water vapor, gas mixture is condensed into a liquid in cooler and collected into the water reservoir, the remaining gas is pumped out by vacuum pump. After vacuum separator, the oil pump takes oil into second filter and fine filter to remove remained impurities. Worker can check the quality of oil. If it reach the standard, the clean oil can be pumped out. If not, worker can open the inner-recycling valve to do re-circulating purification.
