Product Description:

Main Profiles: hard pressed extruded aluminium 6061/T6(15HW) which can last more than 20
years.
Fabric cover: high quality double TPU polyester textile, 100% waterproof, flame retardant to DIN4102 B1, M2, CFM, UV resistant, tear resistant, self-cleaning ability, etc.
Connector: strong hot-dip galvanized steel
Allowed temperature condition: -30 degree Celsius~+70 degree Celsius
Wind load: max. 100km/h (can be reinforced)
Snow load: 75kg/sqm (snow can't stay if use big degree roof pitch design)
Easy to be assembled and dismantled, movable.
No pole inside, 100% available interior space.
Fixing way:
1. Steel nails (suitable for the ground is soft soil, such as grass, mud);
2. Expansion screws (suitable for the ground is concrete can be destroy, also can reduce costs, but need to provide on-site power supply);
3. Weight plate, can be attached to the concrete and sand. (applicable to the ground can not be destroy);
4. Cassette floor with heavy load, the bottom floor system provides a solid bearing type for tent and a level of strong waterproof platform. The system has a lightweight aluminum extrusion, dark brown plywood and galvanized steel pipe, plate thickness of 7 cm, weighs 250 kg per square meter. Plywood internal materials for composite board (sandwich materials for XPS)
