RATING: Table Wine
WINEMAKING: After a careful selection of the best grapes, it proceeds
to stalk and crushing and subsequent storage in fermentation vats. This process takes place at a temperature between 26-30 º C. After pressing, the wine is stored in stainless steel tanks where the malolactic fermentation occurs. The filling takes place after the stabilization.
TASTING NOTES: Color clear, white foam fleeting; aroma of wild berries and touches evolutionary, full-bodied flavor, rich with fine tannins, and good progress with some extra time.
ALCOHOL: 12% Vol
MUST FOLLOW: Store at room temperature between 12-14 ° C in the dark, in a cool and free of odor atypical, with low humidity.
Moonstone should drink up to a temperature of 12-14 º C. It is recommended as a complement to grilled meats and stews.
