B. Type of machine: Wet spray type continuous drawing machine.

E. Diameter of finished wire: 0.35 - 0.1 mmφ/max.
F. Drawing speed: 2 0 00 MPM/max.
G. Number of dies: 22 Pcs/max. Drawing die O. D: 25mmφ x 8 -12mmT. (Drawing dies are excluded).
H. Wire Drawing Area Reduction Ratio: 15%.
I. Final Die Area Reduction ratio: 8%.
J. Main motor: 15kw AC Motor with Inverter control.
K. Spooler control: Synchronizing control by a separate 5 kw AC Motor with Inverter control.
L. Main body: Ironed cast.
M. Transmission system: Flat belt.
N. Capstans: Ceramic plasma coating capstans.
O. Lubricant oil capacity: 40 Liter/Minute.
Q. Spooling bobbin dimension: Flange dia. O. D. 300mmφ/ Max. Capacity of Copper: 25-50Kgs.
