WQ submersible sewage pump
is non-clogging sewage pump developed on the basis of the introduction of advanced technology from abroad. It is now the most advanced domestic sewage systems. Features: saving much energy, non-clogging, anti-winding, particles passing through easily, automatic installation, etc.
WQ series submersible sewage pump is powerful irrigation equipment. Its motor and pump are integrated. Equipped especially with vortex impeller or double-channel impeller and spiral type centrifugal pump body, it has excellent performance in draining sewage water. Its motor adopts mechanical seals with anti-corrosive ceramic on two sides, which can prevent leakage very well. Its protection level is IP58, designed insulation class grade E (75 K). Its motor runs more safely and reliably. It has long service life, convenient to install.
WQ Submersible Sewage Pump working conditions:
1. The pump shall be immersed not deeper than 5m under water.
2. Temperature of the fluids being pumped shall not be more than 40℃
3. Fluids PH value 4 ~ 10, not including highly corrosive fluids.
4. The volume ratio of solid particles in the fluids being pumped shall be under 20%
5. The movement viscosity of the fluids being pumped be 7×10-7~23×10-6m²/s
6. The density of the fluids being pumped shall not be more than 1200 kg/m ³
7. WQ submersible pumps’ motor must be immersed under water when running.
