Product Description:
WQP stainless steel immersible sewage pump has the advantages of energy saving anti-winding, non-blocking,
automatic installation and automatic control etc. The pump is made of stainless steel SS304 or SS316 by precision casting and is especially for the discharge of waste liquids with solid particles and long fiber waste etc. impurities.
WQP stainless steel submersible pump is equipped with unique impeller structure and a new mechanical seal (tungsten carbide material )in order to transport waste liquids containing solids and long fibers etc. Impeller is for single flow channel or double flow channel.
WQP stainless steel submersible wastewater pump is applicable to chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper industry, cement plant, steel plant, power plant, coal processing industry, as well as urban sewage treatment plant drainage system, municipal engineering, construction sites and other industries for discharge of sewage and it is also used for pumping clean water and corrosive waste liquids.
WQP stainless steel submersible pump is composed of motor and pump, which are separated by oil isolation chamber and mechanical seal assembly. Motor and pump share the same shaft (rotor).Equipped with a variety of protection devices, so that the pump operation is safe and reliable.
Signal line: equipped with full protection pump control cabinet for all-round protection, including water leakage, broken phase, short circuit, overheating, motor overload and other items.
Motor stator: class B or class F insulation/IP68
Leakage probe: the component is installed in the oil chamber. When the mechanical seal is damaged and water enters the oil chamber, the probe can send a signal and the control system can protect the pump.
Mechanical seal: double series seal, new hard corrosion resistant tungsten carbide material, with reliable seal, wear resistance, long life.
Impeller: the impeller adopts single or double flow channel to have the strong passing ability. It can pass waste liquids with large particles to reduce the blockage, winding.
The float switch can automatically control the starting and stopping of the pump according to the required level change, and it is very convenient to use.
WQP stainless steel submersible sewage pump can be equipped with double guide rail automatic coupling installation system for more convenience installation, maintenance. People need not enter the sump for this.
WQP stainless steel submersible wastewater Pump can be used in the full head and ensure that the motor will not overload.
