Application:
Desilter is the third step in the whole drilling fluid purification flow line, which is
able to remove particles between 20-40micrometer in the drilling mud, making the fluid more pure and ready for the next stage equipment and decreasing its workload. Structure:
Desilter is made up of 10 polyurethane hydroclones which diameter isφ125 and fine mesh vibrating screen in miniature. It mainly used to clean out harmful solid that diameter is 20-40 μm in the drilling fluid. It shows by used that the equipment is reasonable design, reliable work and well desilting effect and is the ideal solid control equipment of drilling fluid.
Feature:
Consists of10 hydraulic cones and manifold with convenient maintenance. The cones are made of high degree wear resistant material which ensures a longer working life. The underflow opening controls the capacity by adjusting its size.
