The thermal vacuum cleaning machine, often referred to as a vacuum cleaning furnace or vacuum calcining
furnace, is a specialized equipment used for cleaning the surface of workpieces in a high-temperature vacuum environment. Its core principle is based on the melting, decomposition and oxidation characteristics of high-molecular polymers under specific temperature and vacuum conditions. Through controlled heating and gas environment regulation, it achieves efficient removal of contaminants on the workpiece surface. Working principle
The cleaning process of the thermal vacuum cleaner is mainly divided into three key stages, which achieve thorough removal of contaminants through the coordinated control of temperature gradients and gas environments:
1. Heating and melting stage: Heat the workpiece to around 300℃ to melt most of the high-molecular polymers (such as plastic and chemical fiber residues) on the surface and allow them to flow into the waste collection tank.
2. High-temperature cracking and oxidation stage: Increase the temperature to 400-500℃, and introduce a small amount of air into a vacuum environment to oxidize and decompose the remaining polymers into harmless substances such as carbon dioxide and water.If you need more models about our test equipment, please reference our ： chamber-testing
3. Waste gas treatment and discharge: The generated gas is extracted through a vacuum pump and a water spray scrubber to prevent pollutant emissions.
