1.Raw material cleaning section:
a. Potato receiving unit: this is the first step for potato starch manufacturing process. The fresh potatoes are firstly weighed and stored in the potato yard. Potatoes are fed through a flow chute and pumped through a set of potato pumps to potato cleaning machine where they are separated from other debris.
b.Cleaning and washing unit: Then the potatoes are transported to dry sieve to cleaning the small stones, dirt, sand and other impurities by conveyor for the process of potato starch manufacturing process. After that, they are washed in a rotary washing machine.
2.Potato starch extraction and refining section:
a.Crushing unit: For the whole process of potato starch manufacturing process, crushing is an important process because it determines the extraction rate of potato starch. Therefore it is important to choose a high crushing coefficient machine to deal with this process.
b.Separating unit: This process for potato starch manufacturing process is mainly to separate the fiber and starch. The mainly used machine in this stage are centrifuge sieve and fine fiber sieve. Centrifuge sieve takes use of high speed centrifugal force to roughly separate the fiber and starch. And the fine fiber sieve is used for further separating fine fiber and starch.

3.Potato starch dehydrating and drying section:
a.Dehydrating unit: The water content of starch milk coming out of hydrocyclone station is too large to dry directly. Therefore, it is necessary to dehydrate starch milk first for potato starch manufacturing process. And the water content of starch is about 38%-40% after dehydrating.
b.Drying and packing unit: The final process for potato starch manufacturing process is drying and packing. The dehydrated starch cake is transported to the feed inlet of the flash dryer for drying. It is then transported to the semi-automatic packaging machine and packaged into 25kg finished products.
