Product Description:
Changshu Jinggong Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has its own foundry shop to make two main metal castings,
the cast iron and bronze, for its glass mould manufacturing.
The main equipments in the foundry shop:
1. Electric risistance furnaces (3x500kg)
2. Electrical Annealing ovens for heat treatment
3. Temperture control units
4. Core and pattern making
5. Molding machines
6. Sand mixer
To ensure a good quality control to the metal castings produced in the shop, Jinggong mould has equipped with ARL 3460 optical emission spectrometer from Thermo Sweden, to analyse and inspect the composition of the cast iron and bronze alloy castings during the process, with strict quality control procedure. The technician in the foundry shop also use the metallographic analyzer from Japan to check the metallographic of castings.
The castings to be produced in Jinggong mould foundry shop have the same metal characteristics as OI material standard for the cast iron and bronze in terms of chemical composition, metallographic and hardness.
