S-III-O-0655 precision gear grinding slewing drive with three-stage gearboxes used for intelligent manufacturing workshop equipment, the customer uses ordinary motor to drive the slewing drive to rotate and stop when it reaches the specified position. The output speed of the slewing drive is required to be very low and the turntable should not have a large shaking after reaching the specified position.
According to the customer’s requirements, Unique Transmission recommended the 0655 slewing drive of the III series for the customer.In order to reduce the shaking of the rotary table, the slewing drive adopts zero clearance. The teeth are quenched and then ground to ensure that the slewing drive has a small tooth clearance, which ensures that the rotary table has only a small waggle after the motor is braked, which meets the customer’s requirements.
In the process of slewing drive selection and design, different slewing drives should be selected according to the specific working conditions and different precision and configuration. The ultimate goal is to provide customers with cost-effective, simple and reliable slewing drive products.
