The external gear slewing drive code S-II-O-0841 are designed by Unique Transmission engineers for customers and applied in automation equipment. The slewing drives need to be installed horizontally on the platforms of the equipment to drive the turntable above to rotate. On the turntable, a device that can rotate on the vertical plane is installed, so that a two-axis linkage rotating mechanism is formed by the slewing drive and the device on the vertical plane to complete some specific rotating actions.
In order to achieve the required gear ratio, a planetary reducer is connected to the slewing drive, and this set of devices needs to be driven by a servo motor. Therefore, we have adapted the connecting flange and output shaft of the reducer for the customer, and the customer can directly connect the reducer to the slewing drive for use, which is very convenient.
