S-II-O-0541 spur gear slewing drive is used on industrial automation turntables and are used for horizontal installation. The II series slewing drives adopt the teeth of module 6, their slewing bearing thickness are thicker than the I series, so the anti-overturning and stability of the slewing drives are greatly improved. The single tooth loading of module 6 teeth is larger than that of module 4 teeth, so the output torque of the II series is larger and the impact resistance is better.
In the tooth quenching process, the module 4 is overall quenching, while the module 6 is single-tooth quenching. The deformation caused by single-tooth quenching is much smaller than overall quenching, so for the ordinary precision slewing drive without grinding teeth, the rotary precision of module 6 is higher.
