The type of Pillow Plate
Double Embossed
Double-sided pressure molding, usually used for most applications
Suitable for heating and cooling process, generally, the thickness on both sides plate are the same.
The materials can be stainless steel, hastelloy and carbon steel and so on . The different material and thickness can meet different working pressure.
Single Embossed
Only single-sided pressure molding, usually used for single-sided plane occasions, such as the tank wall and transport bed, generally, the thickness on both sides plate are different.
Cold Plate is a simple, effective and economical solutions to maintain the temperature. Double embossed heat exchanger plate is easy to install on the existing storage tank and equipment, is a economy and effective method to maintaining the temperature.
