HPD05 PM2.5 Sensor Module use principle of optical scattering to measure concentration of dust inthe air, the module built in a Infrared Transmitter and a high sensitive Photoelectric Receiving Sensor the Infrared Transmitter emits light and the light meets the dust to produce the scotch light, theintensity of the scotch light detected by Photoelectric Receiving Sensor reflects the concentration ofdust in the air, HPD05 have two ways to output current concentration data, one is PWM signal (thewidth of signal is the value, 1ms = 1ug/m3), the other is IIC signal(unit is ug/m3).
HPD05 can be used for Air Cleaner, Air Conditioner with purifying function, Fresh Air System and air quality testing equipment.
Per the principle of optical scattering, the Transmitter emits light, and the light meets the dust to produce the scotch light, the high sensitive Photoelectric Receiving Sensor detects the intensity of the scotch light then output intensity signal, current which is proportional to the size and quality of intensity of the scotch light, the current is amplified by amplifier and calibrated by CPU, finally output digital PWM signal or IIC data of concentration of dust.
