Mining mixing drum is a motor V-belt drive on behalf of impeller rotation, full of drugs and mixed pulp, increased reaction time to strengthen the role of pharmaceutical quality of drug reactions necessary equipment, this machine is suitable for mining the election, but also can be used as a variety of chemical industry mixing. Mineral mixer is suitable for blending various kinds of metal and nonmetal ores, and is mainly used to blend medicament and ore magma before flotation. It is applicable for the material whose maximum concentration is 30% and whose granularity is less than 1mm. It has a cylindrical radial circulation mechanical blending form with the spiral impeller and flat bottom.
Application：
Mining mixing drum stirs the barrel for the mineral product. Mineral mixer is suitable for each kind of metalliferous ore. It mainly uses in front of flotation process stirring, causes the medicament and the pulp intensive mixing, also may use in other non-metallic mineral stirring.
Features:
Mining mixing drum is used to work before the flotation pulp mixing, so that the pulp and pharmaceutical fully mixed, in order to create conditions for the operation of dressing.
1. Boot before check whether the bolts fastening parts, lubricants are filled.
2. Shutdown after the water tube to clear debris in the sediment.
