The model S-I-I-0741 internal gear slewing drives used in mixing equipment. The slewing drives are installed vertically. The machines require that the outer diameters of the slewing drives must be full circles, so the slewing drives with external teeth cannot be used. Therefore, the engineers of Unique Transmission decided to use the slewing drives with internal teeth to solve this problem.
Internal gear slewing drive driving gears are distributed inside the slewing drives, squeezing the inner spaces, the outer diameters of the slewing drives are full circles, which fully meet the requirements of customer. The inner rings of the slewing drives are driven to rotate by the driving gears and the outer rings and the housings are stationary and do not rotate.
The customer’s equipment have ready-made hydraulic stations, so we have selected the suitable hydraulic motors for the customer. The hydraulic motors have a wide range of speed options, and the speeds of the hydraulic motors can be adjusted by adjusting the flow rates of the hydraulic oil and the output torques are large.
The motors can be overloaded or stalled for a short time, and can be used in harsh environments without damage. The hydraulic motors have the characteristics of adjustable speed and large torque. Generally, they do not need to be equipped with additional reducers. They can be directly connected to the slewing drives, which are convenient and fast.
If the customer’s equipment have hydraulic stations, using hydraulic motors to drive the slewing drives are the best choices. Of course, if you need to stop accurately, you need to consider other methods.
