SP-I-0229 external gear precision spur gear slewing drives are used in automation equipment. The turntables require precise stop and require precision spur gear slewing drives. After the teeth are quenched, then grinding teeth. The tooth accuracy is guaranteed to be 6 grade and the final max tooth backlash needs to be guaranteed within 0.1mm.
In order to reduce the transmission error as much as possible and increase the transmission reliability, the connection of the pinions at the input end of the slewing drives does not adopt the commonly used key connection, but a rigid coupling connection, which reduces the transmission error and has higher reliability.
The gear rings are ground with CNC forming mills, the slewing bearings are processed according to the requirements of precision products. The finished slewing bearings with tooth runout 0.04mm, which fully meet the design and use requirements.
