S-I-I-500 precision double gear gear grinding internal gear slewing drives used for special equipment applications, slewing drives adopt zero clearance designs, teeth quenching and grinding, double gears drive slewing drive inner gear rings at the same time.Compared with the single gear transmission, the double gear transmission has the advantages of high output torque, high transmission accuracy, smooth transmission and double gears to reduce tooth clearance.
In order to reduce the weight of the slewing drive, the housings are processed with industrial hard aluminum, the surfaces are black anodized, the threaded holes are all equipped with stainless steel wire screw sleeves, and the pinions are designed to be replaced for easy replacement in case of accidental damage.
