Spiral bevel gears drive, right angle assembly.
2. Used to transmit rotary motion, mechanical power and torque.
3. High efficiency bevel gearbox up to 98%.
4. Gear reduction ratio 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1, 4:1, 5:1, Customized special gear ratios.
5. Input power maximum 335 Kw, high torque maximum 5713 N.m, input speed and output speed maximum 1500 Rpm, high speed gearbox needs, contact Jacton engineers.
6. Drive input shaft and output shaft diameter 15 mm, 19 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 72 mm, 85 mm, Customized other shafts diameter.
7. 42 types drive shaft arrangements and rotating directions, drive shafts can be rotated in both forward and reverse direction with clockwise and counterclockwise rotation directions.
8. Soild shaft, hollow shaft and motor flange adapter are available, customized multiple spline keys.
9. horizontal mounting, overhung mounting or wall mounting are available. Special installation, contact Jacton.
10. (2-way) 2 shaft gearbox, (3-way) 3 shaft gearbox, (4-way) 4 shaft gearbox are available.
11. Low backlash arc minutes, quiet low noise less than 80dB under 1500rpm at 1 meter distance, low working temperature less than 50 degree centigrade.
