S-III-O-0555 heavy duty precision spur gear slewing drives are used for industrial automation equipment. They are installed horizontally and perform intermittent reciprocating motion. Customers require small rotation angle error, large output torque and good accuracy.
According to these application requirements, the engineers of Unique Transmission recommended this type of heavy duty precision grinding teeth slewing drives for customers. This type of slewing drives have zero clearance, small runout, large modulus and high load.
The reciprocating motion is often accompanied by the impact loads of the gears. Selecting large module teeth can easily cope with the impact loads. The teeth with large modulus are ground after quenching, which is difficult to wear and can maintain the transmission accuracy for a long time.
The input end gears adopt involute splines with high precision and good reliability to transmit torque, which ensure stability and reliability during reciprocating motion.
We have discussed with customers in detail for installation, positioning and assembly sequence of the input end reducers, according to the discussion results, the relevant dimensions of the slewing drives are reasonably designed to ensure the smooth assembly and debugging of the customers’ equipment.
U-TRSM strictly controls the quality after formulating the process. The test results of the finished products are clearance ≤ 0, end face runout ≤ 0.03mm, teeth backlash ≤ 0.10mm. The slewing drives rotate flexibly and without abnormal noise.
