The code S-I-O-0311 spur gear slewing drives with base for vertical installation are used in the field of intelligent manufacturing. The customer requires the slewing drives to be installed vertically. Affected by the installation spaces and matching accuracies, the slewing drives need to be integrated with the mounting bases.

According to the customer’s requirements, Unique Transmission’s engineers designed this gear type slewing drive with a base for vertical installation to meet the customer’s use requirements. The two geared slewing drive motors are installed in opposite directions, one is installed in the same direction and the other is installed in the opposite direction. The design of the slewing drive seal installed in the same direction is a difficult point. On the premise of not increasing the cost, Unique Transmission has designed a special sealing method for customer, and cleverly solved the sealing problem with the lowest cost.
The slewing drives with bases can save customer installation platforms, reduce the processing difficulty of the parts, reduce the number of fittings, and are suitable for application in the field of industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing.
